My Workouts and GAME PLAN!

I have been having some really great workouts this week with incredible intensity and concentration. I really haven't been following a schedule other than my own little creation again with Insanity and P90X workouts. For about the past month, I have been going with the "fly by the seat of my pants" workout structure and it seems to really be working for me. There is so method to my chaos as I am running on days it is nice outside for my cardio and then using P90X strength routines like Shoulders & Arms and Legs & Back to develop more lean muscle and get ripped for this summer. On my non-lifting days I have been using Insanity workouts like Pure Cardio and Cardio Circuit for some intense cardiovascular developments.

My weight loss goal is about 20 lbs in the next 90 days. I have lost 10lbs in the past few weeks and I am thrilled about it. I love Shakeology! Here are my most recent pictures! Long way to go, but getting there!

I intend to continue to do this for the next month until the new Chalene Johnson workout TurboFire comes out June 18th, 2010. I am very excited about this new workout program because I feel it is time to mix it up a bit and since I loved it after trying it out last month at our Beachbody Coach Summit, I am going to do a full 90 days of that program. If you have yet to hear about TurboFire, you can learn more about it and get notified when it is available. It will ONLY be made available to coaches on June 18th, the rest of you will have to just wait until the end of June or you can purchase the program through your coach. If you don't have one, let me know and I will hook YOU UP! :-) Ok, now back to some additional office work before I hit Pure Cardio today! Make it a great day everyone!

Tip: Schedule your workouts just like you would any other appointment in your calendar. If I do that and see if there, I am much less likely to skip my workout! Plus, it is just a sense of accomplishment for me and makes me feel as if I could conquer the world!
